Refund policy

At Carmichaels Couture, we curate highly sought-after, rare collection pieces and pristine deadstock luxury assets. Due to the exclusive nature, strict scarcity, and fluctuating market value of archival designer items, our return parameters are strictly defined to safeguard the integrity of our inventory layout.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & TIMEFRAME
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your tracking number confirms delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition it was dispatched:
- Completely unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
- Pristine, untouched "Grade S" condition with zero signs of wear or handling.
- All original house designer tags, security seals, branded boxes, and protective dust bags must be fully intact and unblemished.
Items showing any signs of wear, perfume scents, structural distortion, or missing original security attachments will be rejected immediately and returned to the buyer at their expense.

2. EXCLUSIONS / FINAL SALE
Due to sourcing logistics and hygiene parameters, the following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-sourced or specifically commissioned vault requests.
- Premium headwear / caps (due to direct-to-skin hygiene standards).
